Spent a year thinking that this app actually calculates distance and calories actually based off of my workout. Well, just realized that the distance keep going up even if i stand still for 10 minutes. Same thing for calories. The calories burned goes up every few seconds whether youre acruallt moving or not. Total bs. On top of that calories are completly INNACURATE. This app shows 1100 calories burned for 1.5 hour run when ALL OTHER apps dont show any more than 700 calories. This app is pretty useless. Very dissapointed i spent a year training with it. Nike is 100000 times better.

I use Endomondo all the time, and usually love, love love it! HOWEVER, contacting customer support is nearly impossible! Please, customer support, reach out to me! Hopefully, you can find my info and send me an email or something, because I have absolutely no idea how to contact you guys. I have an issue with the challenges my friends and I create to help motivate us, and it’s very frustrating when a challenge doesn’t sync to show the correct winner.

The Endomondo platform is great but this version of the app is lagging behind some key basic functions such as full screen support of iPhone X as well as support of a native app for the Apple Watch and supporting HealthKit workouts so that they show in the Activity app. These are critical features and are long overdue

Endomondo pushed a “Polar Skiing Challenge 2018 Hosted by Polar” onto my notifications queue. Fine, whatever. I’m not interested in joining it, but there is literally no way to dismiss the notification (and more annoyingly, the notification badge on my home screen) without either (a) turning off notifications altogether for the app, or (b) accepting the challenge. There is no way to say “no thanks” and move on. I’ve been using Strava for a while and really prefer it to Endomondo. I’ve only been keeping the app on my phone because of a few friends who still use it. This kind of lazy, anti-user design may push me to just delete the app now.

I have used this app for years and have recommended it to thousands of others on Facebook and word of mouth. It has always been the BEST app to track my rides, but now the developer has made mapping only available to premium users. Now I give it 1 Star because you should not take away features from users who have been with you for years and who have promoted you to others. Not good!
