2yo loves app, but...

My 2yo adores this app, and it would be an easy 5-stars, but it crashes on my 2012 3rd-gen iPad when not on WiFi. While the iPad is quite old at this point, it functions as needed for my little one, and hope this outlier situation can be remedied.

My son is 4 and really likes it. The animals are entertaining. I like the use of phonics and sentence building.

The app is easy and fun to use. The different levels allow for differentiation to keep it challenging. The videos are wonderful and keeps the child’s attention.

I dowloaded the original App that came with free Level 1 words. I liked it so much that I bought levels 4-8, and 9-12. Then, all of a sudden, wodrs stared disappearing from Level 1. At first it was just a few, but now I am left only with words starting with a-e. THhe rest have disappeared. What the heck is going on?

I purchased A-Z 2 yrs ago, and since updating and changing phones it’s no longer there! Not even the previous purchase button to refresh or update the app. I’m not buying anymore from this app!
