All is lost... and in a foreign language

My game was fine. Love this game. One of my favorites. Spent a crap ton of time playing it. Went today to switch to my other saved state on a diff server, and all of my data was gone and in some foreign language (English was the language for me and now it’s like Arabic or something). Super ticked. No idea how to fix this or report it.
Just a request.

Mind making this game offline? It’s great and all but I have a more interest in idle games that are offline. I mean I could use my data, but I prefer not to.

All my data got deleted when I didn’t do anything. It was very frustrating.

Paid for there to be no ads yet everytime I click the chests and fast forwards there are ads never used to be. You should probably fix this glitch.
