I am only giving this app three stars because I am currently using the free version. I don't have all the bells and whistles but I find this app very relaxing. I fall asleep and don't even notice. I feel it is helping and I am switching between this one and the lose weight app. I like the background sounds too. Once I buy the entire app my review is going to go up.

Does good job of putting me under. The suggestions are effective. Often I fall asleep before or during the suggestions, but that's because I use the app late at night when I'm sleepy. I've used other hypnosis apps and tapes for years for sleep and for keeping me on task and this is my current favorite.

You can't use any of the features of this app without upgrading. As for hypnosis, forget it.

I have been listening each night when I go to sleep, and even though I dot remember it, I seem to be tackling my tasks...and when I start something I seem to be able to make progress. My biggest problem is making myself start. I really think it's making a difference.

Love everything about this app, and I have the free one!!! It really works !!! I'm Addicted to hypnosis before bed! The app has super easy controls that are self explanatory.

This is the best app that has been ever made It helps me relax at night and day Some people might say oh yeah that's really dumb It actually really works Only bought the free version and it's amazing I recommended for people who have procrastinated in life One reason is because it will help you find your inner self Two is because it really helps you become a better person three it helps you know what you've done wrong and how you can make it better But it does have a few words that some people don't now I would rate the age for around seven and up Thank you for this AMAZING app!!
