It has much less information than Wikipedia. But that's not too big a deal. You can't fit all Wikipedia articles into a single set of books. On Wikipedia, articles are modified more regularly, and and can be modified by anyone. It also lacks some information on the World Book Encyclopedia. Some articles in Britannica are shorter than the counterparts in the World Book. I think you can bookmark pages. Just click the favorites button to the left. I recommend you subscribe for 14.99 a year. It has the article for Star Trek: The Original Series. But I'd like an article for Star Trek the franchise. I wouldn't be bothered if it had articles for certain EDM artists such as Zedd or Armin Van Buuren. Britannica definitely could have more information and more articles. It doesn't need as much as Wikipedia. When will the next update come? It really needs an update. What's taking so long? I'm starting to worry that it will never come. I still recommend the Britannica app.

Love the app but the Family Sharing is not working. I bought it on my son’s iPad but it keeps saying that it can’t “validate the receipt” when I try from my iPhone. Please assist with this problem. Thank you.

How can I login with Facebook? I have been logging in with Facebook on browsers but couldn’t in this app.

Yes, it would require a large file to have all the features off-line. But since Britannica doesn't care to offer this feature, I don't care to give it more than one start.

This has always been a great encyclopedia. Smart people writing well researched and thoughtfully edited articles. With the content now available, it is a joy to explore.
Great but needs improvement

Please add: 1) Paging continuously through alphabetised articles. Like the real book. 2) Font size changes 3) Full width images 4) Word select & search or lookup 5) Random quizzes 6) Quizzes with randomised questions from different topics 7) Bookmarkable links to articles from quiz answers. 8) Full page articles. (hide menus) 9) Scroll mode in addition to page turn mode.

Great content. Please get rid of the persistent pop up box reminding me of the quiz feature. Please get rid of the slow animated page turns and permit continuous scrolling.
Blind can't use this!
