Excellent just need better support

Overall way fun game. Only issue is tech support. They are very untimely with getting back to customers and even in this newest update, there was no fix. I still don't have a notification when I am attacked. Contacted support but it'll be another six months before I expect to hear from them. Another update, Tech support still has not fix the lack of an attack notification they don't even offer anything to protect your honor. Makes it really pointless to play when you can't see when you are being at attacked
Issues, but a great game

I love this game! Pluses are that you can really get ahead without spending money, good game play, lots of freebies, and you can't really be wiped out entirely by paying players. Downside is somewhat frustrating support and comm from the devs. The only money I ever spent was an extra $5 from an iTunes card, so I can't comment on some allegations of charges, but I've never had an issue. I can say that I've enjoyed this game a lot, and have gotten in the top 10% without paying, or slavish devotion and time consumption.

Absolutely no customer service. Full of lies and no compensation when they (devs) make mistakes, which is daily. Save your $
