Been playing game over a year, was told system update would last three minutes been 40 minutes and still can't get in.

I’ve played every city building MMO game like this Out there, and I’ve never found a deeper one, that had all the elements I love in it before this, only thing I don’t love is it isn’t a pay to play but it is a pay to win. Granted you can still lead the top alliance I did without spending but it’s tough, and you won’t be top player. Give it a shot for sure though!
Game doesn’t credit gold when buying

Bought gold said top up authorization failed contacted the game support said there was nothing they could do but still took my money and didn’t refund or give me gold for gameplay. Had to call Apple for help and get refund.

I played a lot of these type games... this is the one I was looking for. I like being able to take over city's and build an empire.

This app will scam you. I lost my account 2 months ago . It was hacked and everything destroyed. I spent over a year playing this game and spent a lot of money on game. When I was finally able to log back in I messaged help. Every 3 days I would get 2-5 words responses and they wouldn’t change my password and email back or fix my account. I tried to be patient, but after time I got mad. They still haven’t fixed my account and they won’t answer emails or messages. They will take your money and destroy something you built then ignore you afterwards. I was very loyal to this game until then. I guess I will have to sue in court to get something taken care of. All they had to do is fix my account or refund my money. Instead they will ignore most players. It’s a poorly run company forsure

This game was fine till people started hacking. Ranking up ungodly quick. We try and tell it to the developers but they don’t listen and just dismiss us. They fool us into believing that their moderator system is there to help us but they ignore them also. Don’t bother to play or spend because you will be put down by a hacker. Also adding to they never listen is that they “work” everyday but can’t seem to answer anyone for 5 days. For anyone new they make it really hard for them to learn.
