App not working with iPhone update

Now that I updated my iPhone, I can no longer use or see these emojis, even though I paid full price for them already. Please fix this!

I would have never gotten this if I had known you had to sign into Facebook. I WILL NOT EVER GO ON FACEBOOK!!! I do not understand why everyone is so consumed with a program that ALWAYS has viruses and people stealing your ID! Why would ANYONE WANT THAT!!! As for the emojis I really enjoy them.

These new extraordinary emojis are amazing and fantastic I love them a ton, but I was really hoping for more to come out. If you guys can do that it would be awesome

Didn’t Get What I Paid For...No Emojis Ever Showed Onscreen!

It’s pretty much what I wrote in the Title. I quit paying the $10/mo. almost immediately, because no one from this developer ever wrote back to me; and this is my fourth time writing. All I wanted was for someone, anyone to write back in a timely manner, with solutions. After seeing that it was four months since the developer’s last upgrade, coupled with them NEVER getting back to me, I can now see why customer satisfaction just isn’t a top priority with this game developer. If this developer didn’t have a totally unfair monopoly within the iOS system, I would gladly use a competitor who would have the same emoji choices. If your company doesn’t like dealing with customers, especially when you have an outrageously expensive monthly bill, apparently for not having to do anything at all...you need to seriously rethink things, my friends. The question now is: how important is my possible continued business with you? I simply won’t be put off one more time. Thanks (I hope!) for your swift attention to my issues. I used to have this app on my old phone and it worked great! But I got it on my new phone which is the 11 and every time I try to use one of the emojis it just pops a box with a question mark in it

Nobody can see them unless they have the app && has paid for full version. Yea it makes your text/post look cute or whatever but NOBODY CAN SEE THEM.!((update)) now I can’t see them after I updated to the IOS 13.... I’m currently seeing squares w/question marks ✨✨✨go to settings on your phone-press general-press keyboard-press keyboards-press add keyboard.... THIS IS HOW YOU ADD A KEYBOARD TO YOUR IPHONE‼️ Then you have to press && hold ? on your stock keyboard then select the keyboard you want to use‼️
