Keeps crashing

I just downloaded the app and started setting it up. As I was typing in my medical information, it kept crashing. I'm deleting it for now, but when it gets to the next version I'll download it again. It looks like a useful app. Here's hoping it'll work next time.
Unusable- VERY BUGGY!

I tried repeatedly to get this app to work, deleting and re-downloading it three times - even rebooted my iPhone - but to no avail. Entering more than a couple of characters of data (e.g., ID and contact), caused the app again and again to revert to the phone's home screen; the photo camera only used the front facing one, so no selfies possible; but no matter, whatever picture taken (or pulled from my own library), ended up as wallpaper, not ID photo. I could go on, but merely want to offer enough to warn you off from wasting your time on this disaster.
Good Idea. Needs help.

Unable to enter data as app times out after a few characters. Agree with other review.
A Real Disappointment

The program has a very nice earth view wallpaper, but unfortunately the app won't stay open as you try to add info. Closed and reopened it, trashed it and reinstalled it, but nothing worked. I'm kinda sorry that it didn't work on my iPhone 6S+

I loved the idea and layout of the app but the problem is it kept closing I could not fill out any information without it closing very disappointing
