Works as advertised, easy-n-quick!
ADR1RU

Simple enough to use and works just fine. For the layman user, it tells you of normal vs. abnormal ECGs so it couldn’t be easier. HINT: The device itself doesn’t recognize WHO is using it. So when you download data for different people from the device to your iPhone, it is easier to ADD a new user & select them *before* moving the recorded data over onto the iPhone. However in case you forget to, you can go in and select which user’s profile you want the data applied to and saved under. NICE! The only reservation was, the timestamp of a recording jumped from 24hr military time to 12hr am/pm time between several sessions...which seemed a bit weird to me.

Works perfectly on my iPhone and iPad
nopasswordsavailable!

I am a senior and love the eMay. Living alone, I appreciate being able to use the app to record and send data directly to my cardiologist whenever there is a very abnormal pattern on the ecg. Reassuring way to verify whether or not my heart needs urgent care.

Review for this app AND for the Emay ECG-20 Bluetooth Monitor: Works as advertised, BUT you will have to experiment to find your best way to grip the monitor contacts. For me I put left index finger over the larger contact, and the right index finger over the dual smaller contacts (BOTH OF THEM). To get a clean signal wash your hands and leave them damp. I ordered some saline solution (salt content should help) Left palm and right palm also works. Don’t hold too tight. Similar to holding a small bird) Don’t use more than 10 characters for your profile name otherwise the printed EMAY Report over writes the “Gender” label. I am sure they will fix this. Bluetooth works easily. Bottom Line is I would buy again ———— Update 7 months after purchasing. I also bought the Kardia 6L four months ago. If you want to learn to read an EKG Chart the Kardia samples 300 times a second giving a nice smoother waveform for detecting the “P” wave and the “T” wave but the Kardia input is so sensitive it picks up all kinds of artifacts and noise, that is there are other body voltages around. And the Kardia requires you to have the iphone app open and running to capture or record an ekg. The emay can capture or record an ekg WITHOUT an iphone app. The emay transfers the saved data later after the capture. Bottom Line: If you want to study or learn to read an ekg then Kardia. If you just want ease of use and less frustration getting a reading then get the Emay. Also with emay you have to figure out how to get a reading. For me hold the device with your two index fingers. Note not the index tips but the index base near the palm. Also licking the index finger base helps or lightly spray with “SignaSpray” by Parker sold online. It is an electode conductive spry

Doesn’t load

Freezes every time you open it. It’s just a picture of the device that shows up. No menu, nothing... I paid $20 more than the device without Bluetooth, but it doesn’t work anyway because of the app.

App Works Great!
Gunch-Man

When the app opens up, there is a picture of the device. Just start swiping left to go through the screens and you will get to the start page. I took my first reading on the device and it transmitted to my iphone via bluetooth with no problem. So far so good!
