App works great and is fast. I wish I was able to change my status like in regular gmail chat though. So you can go invisible, busy, etc.

Email Chat is a great resource to have in the work place especially when you can't just yell across the office or get up from your desk to communicate with a colleague. It's also a great way to send a quick message to a client when you don't need the formality of an email or interruption by phone.
