I set up templates for two students who have behavior issues. I list each part of the day and put 3 emoticons after each ??? Takes 20 seconds after busses leave to delete 2 of the emoticons and send that day's feedback to parent. HUGE TIME SAVER! Thanks!

I wholeheartedly agree with RDS999. Also, please add support for filing templates into folders. As well as a link to open in a SMS message instead. Then I would give us five stars! But, in any case, this is a must-have and I wish it would be integrated into the native email app.
