Focused Inbox works horribly

Regularly, more spam shows up in my focused inbox than in my other inbox. It’s really obvious stuff too. This has been happening for as long as I remember.

This is the best email app out there by far and it’s not even close. You can combine all of your emails into one in inbox. It even filters your spam/promotions into a separate inbox so it keeps it out of your main inbox. It also easily tracks your receipts, flights, trips, packages, and puts them into a separate categories for you. Been using this app for over six years, and I’ll never change to another one!
Reply functionality is broken

When replying, this app starts a new thread in gmail. This is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional when working on work emails. I’ve had to delete the app due to this.

I can’t tell you how many email apps I’ve tried. But I can tell you that this one (Edison) is so far blowing me away. Amazing! The app lives up to its name — highly reliable algorithms to give me a better handle on relevant emails. Love it. Keep it up!

The first lil email hustle that came my way was not only detected, nope, you folks put them on notice with a strongly worded response. Nice! I’m 65 years old and a dinosaur with anything internet. It feels good to have an online service that does more than hit my bank account for every year. Thanks a lot. I appreciate you. Martin
Outlook account will not sync to app

Was looking for a new email app and thought I’d try this one. Logged into the first try and it sync all my email across my accounts. But then I noticed I wasn’t receiving any new emails. I’ve tried and number of things to try and fix the issue but now my outlook account doesn’t even show existing email. It’s just blank. I’ve looked for help online but I’m getting nothing. I’m not sure if it’s on my end but I’ve done everything that I can to try and fix the issue.

I love this app on the android but it doesn’t seem to work as well on the iPhone. In particular, I keep getting alerts that I have 5 new email messages but when I open the app, there are only 1 or 2 new messages. If I can figure out what the problem is, I may change my rating.
