Impossible to cancel

They gladly take $10 off my account monthly and keep blocking me from the cancel subscription page and it’s not possible to do it in the app obviously.
What I think from a native speaker

It’s a nice app but it’s kinda strict on what is a correct pronunciation. It gave a question on lose v. Loose, but in American English at least, they are pronounced the same. I hope inconsistencies like that are fixed but good app.
