I like the game but when l got it the app said the game is start soon but l have been waiting for 30 minutes can you fix that.

Ok so I’m not sure what’s wrong with the game but I’ve played the P.C version and wanted to download the mobile one on my phone. Couple days laters I download it, it’s loading data. I get bored of waiting so I switch screens, after that I open the game and now it’s stuck at the screen with what I think is the tutorial/tips lady.. and I really didn’t want to give a bad rating but how am I suppose to play a game that won’t load it’s screen for newcomers?!?!?!???? please fix this bug, then I’ll change the rating

I made an avatar and got far through the game, but when I went to play it later the game wouldn’t load. I even reset my phone.

Elsword is an amazing game! Much better than the pc version but loading into the app never happens and I’m stuck watching the tips scroll back and forth. I can’t play the game if it doesn’t load and I don’t have a face book so how do you expect us to contact app support?

This game is too slow it takes ten seconds to load one percentage and it hardly loads anything on the loading screen, please make it load faster.
