Excited, disappointed, player beware!

I’ve been playing Ellen’s Slots since the fist day she mentioned it on her show. For months it has been fun all the while the company kept making improvements and adding new levels. During this transition there must have been a glitch and for two days I kept increasing my bets where is seemed I could not lose winning up to 37 billion at one point (excited). Glitch fixed and lost most of bank not long after. The only advantage to this wonderful winning streak was the levels I was able to obtain and keep. So now the bad news. It appears that obtaining levels does not mean anything unless you are a loyal payer of the game. In all honesty I realize that the developers must be paid. And I have watched all the ads for that payment. But unless you continually purchase coins from the Apple store, watching ads for payment does not offer the same level of loyalty. After a recent discussion with CS it was explained as such, and I quote “To clarify, you need player levels to have access to the base slots and worlds, not loyalty tiers. In addition, to increase your loyalty level you will need to make in-game purchases as this system is mainly used to track our players who end up spending in-game.” Soooo... watching ads does not count (disappointing). I still like the game and although have less that 5 million I’ll continue to play but it would be more fun if new levels meant more challenges to an Ad watch player.
