Help with one touch of a button!

3HAHNE

I haven't found anything like this on the market. I didn't want an app that alerted authorities when I was feeling suicidal. This app only alerts those whom I choose. And hitting one button is so much easier than trying to find the courage to personally tell someone that I am struggling.

Awesome app

KDoe001

I really appreciate this app. It has been there when I needed to and worked very well. All I have to do is push a button when I need help and it's there.

Fantastic

I love the idea and updates! I use it frequently to reach out when I’m panicking or in a depressive episode. So much help!!

Messaging

ALrac0725

The app is a great app however, the messages came across as about 11 different messages. It should be simplified maybe into 2 at most one for the message and one for location. Otherwise message will not come across correctly.

It’s a lifesaver

I don’t write reviews but I have to for this app. With 2 presses on your phone you can reach out to your support system to come to you. This can help in so many situations. I have put it on my phone and will be putting it on my children’s phones too as well as encouraging everyone I know to do the same. It is very easy to set up and it is an unassuming icon on your phone so it doesn’t draw attention.

Further Development Testing Needed

iLuvMe2192

I’d recommend to the developers to have the message come from a third party text service instead of a 585 one as it looks like a spam number. I’d also recommend that you warn the person beforehand that a test message is going out; I was testing the app and a message sent and my sister was worried I was in danger. Along similar lines, I’d abbreviate the test message as it is quite long as well as look into ways to reply directly to the message. Good base idea, but would fix the kinks.
