I purchased full access to this app last year and it worked great. Since then I upgraded my phone and it will not restore my purchase. After waiting for 40 minutes for the restore to download, when it finished everything except the free ones still ask me to purchase. Merry Christmas

I made an in app purchase of all dances...but have no access to them!! Go to app support and it says that url doesn’t exist!! Only have access to the 2 free dance options after paying to have all of them!! FIX THIS!!!

I really enjoy using this app but now every time I try downloading a video to see the full length of it, it says “Download failed” I thought that maybe it was that it was because “the elves are out of the building” like it says online and that the app also allows you to create videos for a limited time, but now the elves are supposedly back in the building and the same problem is still happening. Can you fix this, or is it just my device? Edit: it works!

So I just got a new iPad and downloaded the game back from my old iPad then I taped the “Restore Purchases” and it did nothing on my old iPad I had all the songs but now I have only 1 and I am not spending 5.99 on songs I had. ?
