Game freezes

I just love this game, but I do not love how it freezes after level 2, then the screen goes black with a white box. I have deleted and reinstalled the game, rebooted my phone, etc to no avail. In addition, I also installed the free version when the paid one stopped working, and it's been ok but doesn't keep track of stats. This game is a newer version of the now defunct "elevens balls" which I absolutely loved until the company quit doing updates and ended the game altogether. I was thrilled to find this game, which is almost the exact same thing, but with gems instead of pool balls. Please fix my favorite addiction!!! Please Help!!
