The general manager needs training on how to apply the rewards. We’ve dealt with her on two separate occasions and she still doesn’t get it.

After I have now reset my password for the fifth effing time I am deleting this awful app. Please burn this thing to the ground and start from scratch.

Used to be able to purchase and receive tickets via the app— all it does now is store information. Waste of space— it doesn’t even give movie times or anything useful. I deleted the app and started going to a different theatre where I could find the info, but the ticket etc before I show up. Changing the app away from being able to purchase tickets lost me as a customer.
Difficult to Navigate and Provides Poor Info

Sure, you can make purchases but there is no way to view the tickets you just bought (heaven forbid you lose the email confirmation). I also hope you don't have to contact their help desk because the address they give rejects as incorrect. We had a minor family emergency and needed a refund, but the app (and confirmation email) were if no help. There is nothing like paying for a movie you can't watch. Thanks, EVO. We're going back to Santikos.

I’m from Georgia here visiting my daughter.my experience at EVO Schertz was wonderful. The environment and food were great and the service during the show was off the charts!! I’ll look forward to my next trip!!
