Don’t waste your time!

Big Chief Crazy Snake

This App is pathetic. You have to create an account to even get started with your full name, email, and password. Once you do all that you will be prompted with (response with status: 0 with URL: null) that’s it no account made, no use of the app. Useless if I could give this app a fraction a a star I defiantly would. This is the first review iv ever did on an app so this is how incredibly frustrating this was.

Thumbs down

monroeresident

I didn’t even want to give this app one star. It’s terrible. Whatever changes have been made are keeping users from being able to utilize the service. Clearly by the reviews it needs some work. I can’t even set up the account it requires you to make before using. Been this way for like a year or better now.

Horrible updates

TTH44

Used to use this for property searches. The updates has made the performance horrible. Do not waste your time.

iPhone XS

I can’t access the command buttons because they sit on my status bar. The title in the top middle is also cut off. It looks like it’s just not optimized for iPhone 10’s. The app is amazing on android

Works again

Nope, still completely unusable

This app worked a few months ago; but the latest version is...completely unusable.

App not working properly

nickmane is taken

Used to love this app, now won’t let me log in, won’t let me reset password (button not even active), won’t let me log in with another site (google, Facebook) and on the off chance I can log in each time I change a county it makes me re-enter my username and password! I tried giving no starts but it requires you to pick at least 1

Use frequently

I use this app frequently. As a contractor, I often need an idea of property lines, correct addresses, and occasionally what the homeowner’s name is (if spelling is questionable or I couldn’t understand it over the phone). Some homeowner’s try to claim more property than is actually theirs, and this is a good starting point to clarify. I’ve used both versions. This one is more user friendly. I recommend this app.
