Excellent - Above Expectations

This app is excellent and works as advertised. My 5 year old son and 8 year old daughter really had fun doing math with this app. The developer is very responsive to questions and even called me personally. Reading the other reviews I think some people didn’t get it. This curriculum is created custom for your child and is presented as a game. The child can change the games theme/skin at any time, but the content is the same. My 5 year old son loved the submarine theme, and the cool reward icons that show up after each problem. My 8 year old daughter choose the unicorn theme for her games. 1. The animal / character icons are just different themes, not levels and not different content. 2. The experience is seamless even when you change themes. 3. The whole thing starts with an assessment, so my kids were shown both familiar and new concepts. The app customizes the content for each child based on their initial assessment and ongoing scores. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and the support. The developer was responsive, polite and very professional.

Elephant Learning has been very beneficial for our sons. They have learned such a great deal in a short amount of time. The app is easy to use, even for my three year old. The only suggestion I have is to make the voices less robotic sounding and differentiate the activities a bit.
A 3 year old who’d rather do math than play!!!!

I was skeptical of an app helping and not having a negative effect for screen time. But I am sold. Our daughter loves the elephant app. Not only has she had incredible wins and gains since starting, she gets excited by her own progress. The levels continue to repeat until she gets it understanding of it and I have noticed a massive growth in her skill. At 3.5 years old she’s already beyond a 5 year olds math comprehension.

My daughter is enjoying this app...no problems at all except she has a hard time understanding the robotic voices at times.

Our 9 year old son has advanced nearly 2 years in math in less than 3 months. He loves elephant and has devoted more time to it than I would have asked him because he enjoys it so much. He accomplished this much work by devoting about 40 min a day during the week. He loves it and as his homeschool mom I am very pleased with the program and what he is learning and that it is fun for him too. It is easy to log in and track his work too. We haven't experienced any glitches with the program. It works great!

I purchased this app for my 8yr who was struggling with math and also signed up my 5yr (pre-k) since the app allows 3 users. My 8 year old has gained skills and confidence and enjoys playing. My 5yr old has made even more significant gains and will be ahead of the game for kindergarten in the fall (more than a year in less than 3mo). More than that, whenever I have had any questions about the app, the support team has been highly responsive.

Horrible customer service. They were very rude to me, a parent and a customer. Also, the app itself is repetitive in the gameplay (offers dozens of games, but they're all the same games, just different themes and icons). Boring after some time for kids. It's also really difficult to understand the robotic voices on some of the games. They're all British accents and computerized so kids may not be able to make out some of the questions.

I downloaded this - my daughter HATES it. The voice scares her. I keep getting charged. I find no way to cancel anywhere.
