This app focus on specific tactical motifs, most of which center around 2-3 move remove the defender type problems (distraction, decoy, interception, etc.) Flaws: The sections on interception and distraction have their labels confused. The selection of interception puzzles is also a bit thin for someone trying To get a feel for when this tactic is available. Good things: This app worked for improving my tactics. I bought the full version and drilled 100 problems a day until this motifs became instantly recognizable.

Great app! I use these simple exercises to warm up and to really get those reoccurring patterns inside my brain. Chess king has done a great job with their apps!
