The process of doing TPSynergy electronic Kanban is as below
1. Generate bar code for each item from TPSynergy application. System will generate one bar code for each item. These bar codes can be printed on small labels or large sheets and attached to the bin where material is stocked.
2. When a bin becomes empty, the bar code on the bin is scanned with a mobile device. This will send an email alert to the supplier that the bin has become empty. Supplier will start preparing the bin and send it .
3. The same bar code is scanned again to mark the bin as fully.
4. This process keeps running as the bin becomes full and empty.

This app is very good for Just in Time (JIT) manufacturing. Using electronic Kanban, Re ordering is a breeze. Just a scan using the app and it alerts the suppliers. Retail industry also can use this app as a quick way to re order shelf items. Supplies can be re ordered at the point of consumption. Highly recommended two bin system.
