Great but could work on more intuitiveness
the wonder of it all
This is a fantastic resource that our forbearers could only dream about. I know it took a lot of work to put this together and The Lord is of course using it to help people get ready for His second coming. The only thing I can think of to improve is to have more in the way of index tools. A book index and a more intuitive book code system might be helpful. Thank you again for this fantastic resource. I only wish it had been available 50 years ago.

What would make it perfect is if you were able to find a page by putting in the page number and if you could see which page you were reading.

This app has all the collections of EGW writings. She is the inspired author of multitudes of books and articles. You will find spiritual lessons, healthy life style, and guidance on how to live a life like heaven while still waiting for soon return of our Lord Jesus Christ. Excellent app to deliver all these in one place.

I’ve been trying your app again for a about 5-6 months now. And today I allowed the app to update, and in the devotionals I noticed the STUPIDEST CHANGE YOU EVER MADE. It’s a daily devotional, but I can no longer open a month and pick a day: say, go to January and pick January 7. That option is no longer there!! WHY THE HECK NOT?! Are you now gonna force how I read devotionals?! So I pick the first January date I saw, the 23rd, hoping I would get to move back to the 7th, but NO! There’s all kinds of random dates under my selection. I don’t have have a clue what you call yourselves doing but you often create grand screw ups. Don’t try to guide how I read a devotional. I don’t want you directing me randomly or by topic. I went back to the old EGW app where it makes sense.

The app is frustrating. For a long time it worked and then it would stop opening the books. Now, it has stopped working altogether. It keeps trying to find “mirrors”. I wish it did work, I enjoyed it when it was fully functioning.

After enjoying this app and following its progress over the past 6 years I’m happy to declare that EGW Writings 2 is by far the best most complete app available on the App Store. The depth of features, the wealth of its resources, the support of multiple languages, all testify to its greatness. Anyone who uses it daily like me will be blown away at how intuitive and simple the app is to use. From My Library, that tracks my books location that I’m currently reading, to the hundreds of available Audiobooks in several languages and it tracks my listening history in everyone of them. I like the available 4 color choices for the app backgrounds, especially the dark mode. I love the provided Subscription plans that automatically deliver at the time of my choosing my devotional book reading, my thought for the day, and the next selection from the book I’m subscribed too, simply brilliant! Best of all I love the Study Center feature. Now that it’s supported by cloud sync that backs up automatically to EGW Cloud servers many years of study of my notes, bookmarks, and highlights, I rest easy knowing if disaster strikes I haven’t lost anything. I love how the Study Center syncs between all my devices. I can seamlessly move between my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook study centers and everything I do on each is available to the other device within seconds. Truly a world class app. Lastly but not least, I love the new advanced search features. The multiple search filters that allow me to quickly search for the word or phrase I’m after is par excellence! Been able to quickly sort my search results by collection, date or relevance is fantastic. I simply love this app and I don’t know how I could ever live without it. I use it throughout my day. I have a closer walk with God and my Savior because of this app. Thank you to the White Estate for this app. It’s truly been a blessing.
