I really love this app and it works really well but right when I was getting into it, it stopped and asked me to make a subscription after only 3 lessons in the first subject which made me really disappointed. I would have preferred to have finished the subject and then be asked for a subscription but oh well...

I have been searching for a app that's right for me to learn korean, but almost all i've come against i have problems understanding the pronunciation but it this app, it shows how the constants can vary. I absolutely recommend.

Sweetest, friendliest way for a beginner like myself to learn basic Korean (including hangeul). “Lanny the Eggbun” is an adorable, encouraging little character that makes the lessons fun and periodically offers cool facts about Korean culture - both pop and traditional - to put the language in context and spark the learner’s interest. Delightful and effective language learning app, highly recommended for everyone from 10 to 110!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve contacted them about 5 times now and still have not gotten a reply. They charged me $45 for a year of premium that I didn’t even sign up for. I used the app once and I did not like the format in which they taught Korean. I’ve found much better apps but i still cannot get through to customer service so i don’t recommend this app. Also when I found out that it charged me for premium it wouldn’t even let me load half of the lessons.

I made a one month subscription to this app and all day yesterday it was working perfectly fine. Now when I open the app it does not say I am subscribed to premium but I JUST got it yesterday soo.... Please fix

As someone who’s very interested in learning the language, and has a Korean friend to help, it’s very frustrating that this app doesn’t even have some pronunciations correct. I’d learn how to pronounce things a certain way character by character with this app but when pronouncing certain words, it’s said it correctly which in turn messes up me getting answers correct. This confuses you as a beginner so I suggest another app.

So like it said that I'd pay five dollars for the six month subscription because it was on sale or something. But like when I got it I paid the 29.99?? I'm so confused. Was that just a whole load of bull? What the hell.
