I had an urgent change to my Ontario trip and needed to change dates and flight arrangements. Lance, the Egencia Rep was amazing to work with me to get everything taken care of. He took the time to call me back and verbally speak with me. I appreciate Lance’s kindness.

On iPhone 10 with ios13 the seat selector approve button is off the screen. Can’t scroll down and simultaneously click the button.
Worst app, worst service

My company makes us use this piece of garbage. It is the worst app for travel. They claim to be saving us all this money. I can always beat or match the price other places.
To slow hotel booking

This APP is slow hard to use plus rates are higher then booking direct with Marriott app. By $10! Hate using it

Always choose “pay at hotel” if you can. Egencia won’t refund a room period so it’s safer to keep your money out of their hands. If you call up and complain egencia’s staff agrees that it’s nonsense.
Mandatory use

The hotel I reserved is flagged for price & is $15 less than the hotel right next door that is not flagged.
