Interesting, but also very frustrating

SeriouslyDave

I really want to like this app, but... The app's description does not mention these nontrivial limitations: - The video produced by this app can be a max of 15 seconds. - You can only import from the *first* 15 seconds of a video from your camera roll - you cannot choose the 15 seconds you want to use. - Video dimensions are reduced noticeably if you use the free content. E.g, 540x540 for a square that started at an already tiny 720x720. - The app does not save your work into a project that can be edited later. In other words, if you close the app, you lose your work. That's pretty terrible if you used multiple layers and want to adjust later. Also, the effects are not cheap, especially if HD. The app says bundles make effects cheaper, but bundles don't have much real variety - they are mostly just variations of two or three creatures or whatever. The app needs bundles that have a variety of unlike items to be truly an improvement over effects individually. Not recommend. --

Fun but really expensive

bilflo3

I love this app a lot ? but it's really expensive some of them are free but to get all of them you need $63 so I like it but it's expensive so I give it 1 star

You have to pay for everything

Piperitizer

So you would acually make money if you gave people more effects why do you have pay everything this app is lucky even gave it more than 2 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ this would be the coolest app if you didn't have to pay for everything literally everything????????????

Really good

Sir Hatty

I think this app is great I don't know why other people hate it, but keep up the good work, and keep adding more effects!

Completely non-functional

MusicIsMagic4700

I really wanted to like this app, but it freezes on the menu screen of my new iPhone 6 EVERY TIME I open it. To be clear, my phone never has issues with other apps. This one is in serious need of an update.

?not the best

Reptile_lover89

Ok, let's face it, if one of us wants to create an amazing movie that doesn't cost boatloads of money where CGI is concerned, we start looking for the perfect app on our mobile app. That is if your me?. Anyway, I tried this and didn't think it was exactly the best thing ever.

Nice concept, frustrating in practice

MataNataM

I was really expecting a lot from this app, and got straight up disappointed. Seriously, who the hell designed this thing? The controls are horrible and frustrating to use. And OH, trust me, I tried, I really have. And why would you want to open an "effect shot" first and THEN import a video from your library and not the other way around? Why there's no undo/redo buttons? Why can't you save a project and edit it later? Why can't you add multiple effects to a single video? This app has a lot of potential, but the real deal is poor and frustrating and not user-friendly at all. You need a MAJOR redesign. Fix your thing.

Works fairly well on my iPad Air 2, but is useless on my iPhone 6. Extremely buggy on the phone. Some of the models load fine, while many others throw the app into a loading loop forcing you to power the phone off and restart. The description of each model in the library is truncated. For example, all of the T-Rex models simple read "T-Rex" instead of T-Rex Walking", etc. as it shows on the iPad, so you don't know what each action is. When you select a tool, the controls don't stay on the screen while you use them, forcing you to hold your finger down while you make your adjustments. As far as the camera position tool goes, it doesn't work at all on my phone. The other camera angles cannot be selected as you can on the iPad. Two finger sizing gestures are also very buggy. It works to a point, but then the model blows up to a huge size and cannot be shrunk back down. In addition to the numerous bugs, the app lacks some very basic features like more control over motion path. The camera angles can be changed somewhat, but not enough, i.e. completely straightening out a path to go straight across the screen, etc. Personally I expected more for what I paid for the app and all the extra cost models... BTW the "Pro" model versions are very overpriced in my opinion.
