Thank you, Edward Jones, for finally coming out of the late nineties with this updated point of customer interface.
This is a huge improvement over the past iterations. I like that I can see my goals and that I can easily see performance by account and by investment.
This app seems geared for users that are planning for retirement. As someone currently living in the retirement years, I don’t have an interest in the goals section but it’s very prominent and there is no way to turn it off. This upgrade has also done away with my favorite feature which was the graph that showed performance history of the total of all my Edward Jones investments. I can still see the performance of individual accounts, but I can’t find the summary graph anywhere. It’s just gone.
My app was updated yesterday. I can’t use my password manager, I can’t even use paste. In fact, right now even typing in a password doesn’t work. I set up fingerprint login on my phone and that doesn’t work either. What else am I supposed to do?
They seem to have deleted the ability to see Year To Date performance as well as Performance from Inception. I only see 90 days, 1 year, and 5 year. The ability to see YTD and since inception has been one of my most meaningful measures. Why eliminate this
This app will not recognize my username and existing password after the update. I can l log in no problem on the website, but the app will not let me. What a disaster. Really frustrated with companies updating apps that turn out to be a massive downgrade. If I can’t sign in the app is useless.
The new app offers so much more now and gives me more ability to see and manage my accounts. Great job.
Loved this app until a week ago, now every time I log in I get 4 email messages says Touch ID has been turned off. I never set it up & don’t intend to. I’ve called Edward Jones they tell me it’s a known issue but a week later no fix & a mail box full of Touch ID messages, reinstalling app dosent fix it. Programmers just can’t leave a good app alone, listen to you users. I’m back to using safari browser
