Went to an older smartphone after trouble with a new one. Downloaded the app & lost the settings and extras that I long ago paid for. Stupid “I’m not a damned robot” verity to even email them about my issue just doesn’t work. Great product. Bad support. Solution is to not buy another damned Apple product & have all the associated headaches with it.
