Site logged me out and won’t let me log back in

I was using the app fine and today it logged me out and won’t let me log in with my email. When I try to reset my password it says that my user doesn’t exist. When I try to set up a new account it tells me I cannot set up a duplicate account. Can you help me get back into my account?

ive made 12 accounts by now and all of them have been kicked out. it’s annoying when all i’m trying to do is talk, and then all of a sudden i’m back at the log in screen but i can’t log in because i’m not allowed. i’m not underage i did lie and say i was younger, i’m actually 18.
