It's cool, but interface issues

So the first thing I've noticed is that only half of the entire app uses English. Even though I've got English selected, I see more Chinese characters than I do anything else which makes it very difficult to navigate the app.

Most of this app is in a foreign language, which makes it hard to figure out how to use it. Nothing redeeming. I would give zero stars if possible.
