Great Concept, but lots of bugs to work out

I love this app for the funny emojis that speak to black culture. People love them and constantly ask where I found them. The downside is that the developers have to work out the bugs. Several emojis that I previously purchased suddenly become unavailable without explanation. I’ve purchased previously purchased emojis several times, attempted to refresh the app and contacted the developers with questions. No response. They app lacks different hairstyles for the characters to allow further customization. They got ride of the emoji with the shorter hairstyle that looked more like me. I keep coming back because they’re so funny and spot on!

I really love the images, but they will not easily paste into text messages like other emojis. I have to go to the app, then send it from there. It’s not smooth. I was ok with overlooking this due to the fun emoji. But the other problem is you buy a pack or all the packs, but they are grayed out. You are asked to buy again. I was hoping this would be fixed by now. There must be someone who can help with this problem. They can do better and ignoring the quality of their product is not good. I gave 2 stars since the producers of this app will not fix these long-standing problem, which is unacceptable.
