I love the app when it works, it crashes nearly every time I use it. I just try to read an add and it most often goes back to the Home Screen. Please fix this.

Messaging app is horrendous; even with flat rate insertion fees regardless of whether or not the vehicle sells, eBay is still blocking sellers from communicating directly with buyers. People who are looking to bid on a vehicle auction WANT to speak to a real person on the phone to ask questions and gauge the integrity of the seller. Without being able to do this, you’re better off just listing locally on AT or CL.

Absolutely terrible, you get spammed by bots, the pictures automatically duplicate and re arrange making the listing look like trash, and they keep removing my listing after 12 hours.

Problems with listing a car the 2nd time and chat notifications. As I started to list a car on eBay it made me down load the eBay motors app to list it. Ok no big deal and listing the car was pretty easy and I was able to load a video and that was nice. While the car was listed I got a couple of chat notifications and seemed to be working good. Then I got a notification and nothing new was there and now there’s a notification icon on the app and will not go away. Hopping I didn’t miss anything. I’m using an iPhone SX with update iOS and have deleted the eBay motors app several times and reloaded with no luck getting the message or getting the icon to go away. It’s just frustrating. The car sold but unfortunately it was a non-paying bidder. So I had to cancel the sale to re-list it. I tried to re-list and it wouldn’t. I contacted eBay customer service and I was on the phone with them for quite sometime. They tried to help with no luck. And said to just do a new listing. (They did credit $95 so I wasn’t charged again because of the non-paying bidder). So I started a new listing and seemed to be going good had to redo the pictures and the video, and it wouldn’t load the video. I took several and tried with no luck. Unfortunately you have to do the video trough the app and it doesn’t save to the phone. Finally decided to just post it without the video. During the auction I got an email notification (A potential buyer posted a comment on your vehicle in the eBay Motors app.) I go to the app and no comment. Unfortunately the car didn’t sell. Hopefully I didn’t miss a sell because the app has problems. So that listing cost me $95 I decided to re-list and the video function still would not work. Now I’m $190 in listing it and it’s unfortunate that their app still has problems. I just hope it’s not been a waste of money. The app has lot of potential but they have to get the bugs worked out ASAP. I will not list anything else on eBay till they get the problems fixed. Also in my motors on the app has stuff I have made offers on or already bought and I can’t delete them. ??♂️ ”To respond to eBay developer question” Yes I know that it’s in the community section and no there was nothing there. Also please address the video upload problem it’s a nice feature and if it’s not working properly we are not getting our moneys worth. And why can’t I delete the items I have made offers on already have bought that is in my motors?
Photos order bug

I tried to list a car for sale. As I added more photos, the app keeps reordering my photos. I tried to drag a different photo to first position (the highlight photo) but the app keeps changing which photo is there. Highly annoying. Went back to the Website.

Needs to be more user friendly. It varies too much from what people are used to. Another app just confuses everything. Bad enough that now that you have to use this app to list a car instead of the traditional app. I find myself needing to go to the FULL site rather than use the app
