No meal plans, no suggestions, this is a list of categories (carb, fat, protein etc) and blank boxes to make check marks. That's it. I don't see how it is considered an app, you could make the same thing with a spreadsheet in a few minutes.

Necessary: Brighter text labels. More food examples, make it easier to get to the example screen. Stretch goal: Include recipes? Otherwise, it follows p90x exactly.

I've done one round of P90X, and I wish I had this app to track it. I'm doing P90X again in a month, and it will be so much easier tracking things with this app. This is a must-have for all you P90X-ers.

How about building up the example section and let the user pick from that. The tool should then allocate boxes automatically. Now that would make things much easier. Also agree with a previous reviewer. One should get to the example library screen from the box screen with one click.

I bought this app a couple months ago and am still using it to track the nutrition portion of my workout plan. Even better, the app gets updates from the developer, so a couple issues I had at first have been addressed (easier to see labels on rows (my suggestion), journal for notes/workouts, export, fixes, etc). I'm more cut and satisfied knowing I'm following the plan now, for under 2 bucks!

Like someone else said this app really does look like it was thrown together in like 30 minutes. However, it does exactly what I need it to do. A place where I can check off what i had each day without having to print out a sheet every day or wasting post it's. Only problem is you can't mark off if you go over. Anyway. I'll give it one star for general appearance. And four for doin exactly what I need. Def not worthy 1.99 so thank you gift card! :)

And the developer responded immediately when I had a ? I do like some of the suggestions mentioned already but don't think it's fair to rate this low as it is basic & helpful. I agree with others who say they'd pay more if we could also track workouts and excess blocks ;-) this could be the start of something great with a lil' effort/time!
