Thanks for creating a gray app with lots of customized features! I use this app when I need to relax or when I'm falling asleep at night. It is very relaxing (which makes it a great app in its own right) and I usually don't make it to the end with my conscious mind, but when I do, as I listen, I find myself really wanting to put aside unhealthy foods and embrace a colorful bounty of fresh produce and lean meats. I've also definitely been craving fewer sweets during the day. I've shared it with a lot of people, especially since there is such a a variety of different apps for different needs (anxiety, depressions, etc).

I hate writing reviews but I had to write one for this app. I already have the weight loss app and I love it. I had hoped that this app would help me conquer my cravings. Instead I couldn't get passed the terrible delivery of the guided meditation. It was like reading the directions that are written in Chinese and translated into English. Or perhaps the speaker had never read through the script before recording it. There were odd placement of words such as "now" at the end of a sentence spoken after a pause and not relative to what came next. I deleted the app. Now I am hesitant to purchase more from this company and through more money down the drain.

This hypnosis walks you through relaxing twice. No mention of getting healthy or motivation to eat well. Don't waste your time or money on this. I feel robbed.

I downloaded the app and then did the $2.99 upgrade, the money was taken out of my account, but I still can't use the settings function because it says I have to up grade? Not happy!!!!

I would give it 5 stars but the music ends too abruptly and always wakes me up :p Otherwise, fantastic. Every time I listen it gets easier to make healthy choices!
