How the heck do I watch multiple NVRS on my phone???

The old version was so simple to see everything on the farm w the 16 screens. Now I have to hit preview and can only access one NVR at a time. Please tell me you guys didn’t do away with it??
Won’t let my wife subscribe to alarms

We both have the same app, same login, on the same model phones with the same iOS version, yet I can get motion push alerts on my phone but she gets a “failed to subscribe” error when she attempts to set up the same alert.

Was this even checked before sending out updates? Fails to connect EVERY TIME unless you close the ap first. This was a good ap three versions ago. Can we get back to making it solid?

My cameras get hacked every week, and its after opening them on this app. What is going on??
Upgrade broke app

I just upgraded to the newest version, 3.43 and now can no longer connect to my cameras. The 3.42 version worked great.

Not sure what the update did... but before I could have it open on my phone and charging and it would be fine... today my battery dropped to 35% quick even with it charging.

I am constantly getting "USER IS LOCKED" when I attempt to live view. App support is no help. Everything is not English!
