I just downloaded the free version and did the calibration. I am impressed with the amount of information given regarding how to use the app. I've measured a couple of objects and the measurements were very accurate. I'm excited to begin using it.

Works perfectly. Was within 3"s from the first measuremen. Super easy to calibrate and the walk through video made it a breeze to navigate the app. The only thing I would change is the measurement when calibrating to your height. I don't hold my phone up to eye level when doing anything.... So I had to measure from the ground up to the camera lens from where I always hold my phone. I'm 5'10" and my phone it held at 4'11".

Nothing in my house is 150ft away from me like it seems to think. Deleting the app. Thanks for wasting my time.
