I paid for bags and seats, received a confirmation email but the app doesn’t show this information.

Although their website says to contact them so you can sit next to family (when booking WELL ahead) they would do so, and the proceed to charge you

For a very longtime I was resisting using EasyJet as I thought services will be bad. Since just over one year, I flew about 12 flights, I am very pleased. The online booking and changing system is very easy and flexible. I was able to change not just time but also destination! Checking in system at airport is very easy, as GatwickExpress and Gatwick airport security are well organized. Service on board is proactive and energetic! Really highly recommended.

I booked a day trip from Berlin to Copenhagen with a group of fellow students because it was only $117 USD round trip ( a deal too good to pass up). Something happened to my ticket changing the departure date. When I tried to get in person assistance they told me to call Easy Jet, which was a waste of time. I ended up having to pay $102 dollars to change my flight which was almost the same as the flight itself. They charged a $45 dollar change fee plus a $34 “difference” fee, which no one could explain to me what that meant other than “Its just easy jet policy”. For the price I paid for all this hassle, I could’ve flown Delta.

This is a review of the fact that I am forced to download this app instead of receiving an online boarding pass like any other normal airline. You request emailed boarding pass and have the ability to add to your wallet, but no, I have to download an app. Delete after flight, deny location and notifications.

Hey, I have an IPhone - I can easily store my boarding pass on my Apple Wallet. Boom, boom, done!

This app makes me uncertain I trust flying in their planes. Basic functionality, like adding hold luggage seems impossible, always broken without explanation, and completely unclear. The worst is that their buggy app preventing me from adding hold luggage results in me having to pay a larger fee at the check in counter. You will pay more in fees and time figuring out this app than this airlines “discount” is worth.

Every time I try to check the status of my flight and which gate it’s leaving from the app keeps crashing. That’s clearly a really important part. Pretty useless without that feature.
