I'm having problems getting this to work. I haven't searched for help yet I bought this gizmo to store photos & erase them from my iPad. Doesn't seem to work.

I can't get the app to recognize the device when I plug it in. I've tried googling to find some way to troubleshoot this and I can't find any help.
