I love this app! I have been turned onto it since March and it is great. I have searched for this app (not knowing what it was called).

This app was so great and so easy to use. Now, everything I open with SaveFrom interrupts with a link to a new app called Televzr, and the downloading process goes nowhere. I tried downloading the Televzr app to see if that would facilitate the downloading process via eDL...nothing. Then I tried opening and downloading my link through Televzr, and the app isn’t even a downloader. It’s an app that lets you move files back and forth from a remote computer...(?) This app was very handy before, and worked without a hitch. I upgraded to the Pro version after using the Lite version for a while...and now it’s useless. The other browsers available through eDL to download video aren’t working for mobile devices either. I don’t recommend this app at all in the current version. I will revise this review if and when eDL is restored to working order.

Some of my old music mp3 downloaders/players are extinct or aren’t downloaders anymore but “streamers”. I want files & music on my phone & not pulled off of some nebulous “cloud” each time you want the file.

I use this app as a downloader for my music. but when I try to play the music in the background of my snapchat & instagram videos it cuts off. please fix !

The browser shows blank pages when trying to click links, it can play mp4’s but no option to download. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

This app seems to work well and I really have no complaints with it, but their customer service doesn’t respond to questions or concerns. There are a lot of apps out there that do similar things as this one and I consider customer service a big selling point. The fact that they didn’t even respond to my email is not acceptable in my opinion. I wouldn’t spend another dime on their apps until I see evidence of improved customer service.

iOS 11.3 broke your app please update. I am unable to download all my files I need. It’s weird because some files download fine but others say they download but the file is just 2kb’s when it should be at least 20meg’s please fix.
