I’ve used this app for years and loved it- the ability to send out group emails. It started prompting me to update to a newer version, but didn’t update. Just the other day, it showed no contacts- all disappeared! I paid the $5 to upgrade to Pro, downloaded and still no contacts. There’s no way to import my contacts! I tried contacting support and an error message comes up. I’m still getting the prompt to upgrade when I open it, with the same results as before. Don’t waste your money on this app!!!

Can’t open my imported contacts. Not user friendly. Tried update and still no luck.
App lost all my contacts and can’t recover

App is constantly popping up asking to update but there never is an update available from the popup. Also when entering “to” address it makes suggestions that are mot accurate suggestions Finally app lost all my contacts and no longer works

I actually paid money for Simpler Pro and it now won't work because the con artists who built this haven't bothered to update anything in at least a year. I want my money back!

Using Simpler- Something about upgrading in order to back up contacts! I regret not doing that!
