1) Developer doesn’t care to fix it (multiple emails were left without reply) 2) Doesn’t sync all contacts from iPhone (mainly contacts without names or the ones that start with special signs) 3) Must open close and open the app 2 times for each change to a contact to take an affect 4) complicated illogical menu sequences when need to edit contact or to delete contact

So, at some point I duplicated and even triplicated my contacts while reloading from a backup. What a nightmare. It was going to take FOREVER to remove the duplicates manually. I found this app and within 5 minutes all my duplicate contacts were removed and merged. Excellent app!

Lost information

This app has lost lots of my information, mixed accounts and phone numbers up. It ask for a rating before one can really see the damage. Yes I have tried to restore the information however it only restored the information it messed with. Update, more than what I thought was lost with this app. I’m having to call and also reset passwords. It’s very time consuming.

The tool provides an easy way to either merge or remove duplicates.. but the notes in my contacts are no longer present Very disappointing… if there’s a way to restore notes I would rate higher
