I have been a member for a very long time. The employees are friendly and very helpful. They are always willing to help with even the smallest things. I’m not a young person, so I often need assistance. They are the best.
Not so best update

11/20/2020 Biometric not working, the program keeptvfigetting authenticates certificate of my finger. Also, please bring back the larger font type us older people have a lot of trouble seeing the smaller fonts and the contrast is not enough thank you 9/27/18 Biometrics are fixed after iOS 12 update. 7/21/18 Use a small QWERTY keyboard so , don’t have to keep switching between characters and numbers 11-2-17 update My three accounts login are never saved like before this last update...along having to repeatedly having to accept the agreement 10-3-17 update Use the QWERTY keyboard to input login names and password. With numbers and characters already available. I would not have to flip back and forth . I noticed it loads faster. The only thing I miss is the bill pay part showing the overall payees and month by month payments. I like the layout showing the entire year at a glance. I have also used two apple devices in mobile deposits...I can't seem to get the camera to capture the check in a full screen.

ETPCU has been my bank and savings institution for over 40 years! Much has changed but hometown service still remains. I wish they offered Health Savings Accounts. I have had to go to another credit union for that. Not sure why they still don’t offer that important kind of savings account.

Bank manager / loan officer, will not return phone calls. You can leave messages or tell other bank personell to give him a message and no response. Don’t even think about seeing him in person, that sure isn’t gonna happen. And it seems as though he makes up rules to fit certain depositors as he goes. No Help !!!
Mobile deposit

Not sure what’s going on with mobile deposit, but I’ve tried 18 time to deposit a money order the same way I have in the past and it won’t detect the amount of the money order.
