Ruined this app with changes

I used to really like this app, and totally credit it for getting me back to the point of running 5ks. I eventually moved on to another app by a famous running coach because I wanted a systematic way to improve, but yesterday came back to use this app because I just wanted to run a simple 5k training run and I used to like how clean and easy the app was. But now there's a permanent button advertising their stretch app - I already have a better stretch app, I don't need to constantly see that button. And after my workout, I uploaded it to Facebook but made some mistakes in my notes, so I deleted the post and went back to share it again. This stupid app wouldn't let me! It kept telling me I had already shared that workout. Well no shirt Sherlock, I know I already shared it, but maybe let ME decide if I want to share it again. So now I've lost one record of that day, and can't get it back, because this dumb app thinks it's smarter than I am and knows what I want. I'm just going to delete it because now it's completely superfluous since I have a better app anyway.

Love This App!

I miss the old name Couch to 5K. That's what attracted me to it in the first place. I was a couch potato and had never been a distance runner. But I wanted to get exercising and wanted to try jogging. This app did it for me! I absolutely love the interval approach. It made jogging accessible for me. Now that I can do a 5K, I like the distance feature. The mapping with the in app GPS purchase was a great addition. I could go on. But simply stated: I love this app!

I can run again!

I just completed week 8 and easily making 3.1 miles. I would love to see a heart rate monitor feature added to this app.

This app used to work well 2yrs ago. Now GPS tracks map, but does not give feedback on distance or pace. Tech support only recommends resetting phone, which I did but problem persists. Going w Nike app. Shame, really, I liked this one.

Bug fixed!

Update: 5 stars again. They fix the crash and now I can run again to infinity and beyond. Don't install in 3GS. Just opens the quits right away. Have informed the developer. Will revisit rating if they issue a fix. My go-to running app now rendered useless in latest update :(

Great app!

Works great and the developer is helpful with problems.

$$$ :(

The first time I downloaded this app, it was totally free. I deleted it and downloaded it again and now they want me to pay a subscription! Not cool.

Music use

Wampass

App used to be great but now cannot change music while workout is going...stops & makes you restart then doesn't pick up tracking mileage & even freezes up. Not easy to use while running at all! Hoping for a fix soon! Using iPhone 6 w/ ios8.02

Great app!!

I downloaded this app a few years ago. I started it a couple of times, but never finished. I tried it again this past summer and finally had success!! By the end of the program, I was only up to 2.5 miles in 30 minutes, so I would gradually go more each day until I made it to 3.1! This program has definitely turned me into a run addict! I even ran 6.2 miles the other day!!!! I highly recommend this app. My advice is to take it slow, and don't let one bad day or even week discourage you. If you don't feel like you are ready to move on to the next week, then don't. Give that week another try, then re-evaluate again. Just don't sell yourself short!!! Believe me when I say you are far more capable than you think you are!!! This is coming from a girl who used to DESPISE running. So much so that I would be "sick" in high school on the days I knew we had to run 2 miles at practice. Now I run 2 miles on my "short run" days! I also HIGHLY recommend that you invest in running shoes. My New Balances weren't quite cutting it, so I went to a local running store and they suggested a pair of Brooks shoes. Wow what a difference! I also recommend a good sports bra for those of us that are blessed up top. ? Give this program a try! You won't regret it!!

Simple, fun and easy to use.

Great program to get in shape or back in shape. Highly recommend.
