After the free trial expired, I tried unsuccessfully to log in, I requested a new user name and password, I received the information link, I did what I had to several times to change the UN and PW, still unsuccessful to log in, I tried to email the company several times, no success, I called the company, got a weird ring tone, one time someone answered the phone, he says hello and hung up on me I made several attempts to make it work, I lost $20 and deleted the app

I signed up for the seven day trial and was charged $9.99 to continue my subscription past the seven days but cannot log into the account tried resetting my password several times sent three emails to customer support no reply there is no customer service number to where I can talk to a real person my next step would be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau

At first I could see only one county until I figured out I could register for a free trial to see the entire state of Florida. It located me right where I was and gave me all the information on that property.
