This shows no images of purchased products, and shows far less info than going directly to the website. Not sure why ANYONE would ever use this deficient and poorly conceived app. Grade: F

The Ap was great before. I used it daily. I don’t know if there has been an update or what happened but there is no data available in ap any longer. The Zazzle ap also has errors when opening it!

That’s great that I know the total earned, but what happened to the app showing me WHAT cleared and the individual sales info for each item? It’s been 2 weeks. All I get is “no earnings information available “. So what is the point?

Stopped working entirely

I can log in but no data shows up. I can see the total amount of sales that have cleared but that’s it. I have no idea what sold, or when, or if a sale has been canceled or not. I’ve logged out / in repeatedly over the last 2 weeks but nothing changes. The app was lackluster to begin with (side scrolling & having to wait for each section to load was painful. Just use tabs!) . Now the app is entirely worthless.

Captcha screen prevents login

The Zazzle earnings app was nice when it worked. It was never perfect, but it was a handy and convenient way to check my earnings. I say was because I accidentally logged out of the app about a week ago and am prevented from logging back in thanks to a captcha screen that comes up that’s missing any sort of submit or verify button. My guess is this will also prevent new users from logging in. So until there’s an update you probably don’t want to waste your time with this.

Accidentally logged out, can’t get back in

I accidentally got logged out of the app. When I try to sign back in it asks you to verify you’re not a robot, then do the whole select images things. There is no button to chose that you have selected the images so I cannot get logged back in. I had the same issue on the regular zazzle app as well as the zazzle earnings app so both are completely useless to me now. It’s hard to be a zazzle “seller” when you have no way of checking your stats or sales from a mobile device when you are unable to sit down in front of a computer. Also, it kills zazzle sales for the company as well when customers can’t shop from a mobile app. Please fix this!
