I watch the videos and it says that I’m receiving points but I do not see where my points are accumulating please show me where they’re supposed to be

I added this app sometime ago and it worked fine but then it stopped working and I keep reinstalling this app & it doesn’t work anymore I’m not sure if it’s a bug or what but I cannot use this app on my iPad anymore not unless it’s fixed .
