I cannot even get the thing to allow me to add email and password as it says no user name exists but there is NO WHERE to create new!

They may be good but I submitted a text message for proofing and they says it was too long for a free proofing and wanted me to sign up an pay them. I suspect all the good ratings are a scam.
Finally proofreading was done right..

I submitted 2 similar texts, 200 words. I received an answer in 1 minute. No way a real person could read and correct it within that timeframe. Interestingly, one text returned 2 different corrections. Some unnecessary (i.e. wrong) corrections were proposed, some optional changes were made in the case when both phrases were correct. Some mistakes were corrected in one result and were not corrected in another one. As you might know, they price you based on the number of corrections they make. From what I saw in my case, they do make extra amendments even if those changes weren’t necessary. Only facts. It’s up to you to decide.
