Deal gangster every time I play.

Ever since the new update that camp out today it makes the game reconnect all the time and then the things I built or cases I opened they disappear the free case they gave out and money and all the other stuff with the update disappear to this glitch plz help I really like this app but it just deleted my buildings and cases and things and I can’t get them back .

Sick of creating a name here

I like this game, but it continuously frustrates me. The app is always crashing and you constantly loose progress. If they could get the bugs figured out I would give 5 stars, but 8 ball says doubtful on that ever happening.

After updated to 2.1.1 version, there are too many issues. Nothing changed. Nothing fixed. I really wonder, it was a good game why you collapsed, termined?

I played the game all night with no problems, I wake up this morning to a ‘System info’ screen that has nothing but and okay button. And every time I push it the game crashes. How do I fix this?

Lost all my barriers and everything was moved after the update. It says somthing went wrong. Loved the game before.

This game used to be fun. I paid for upgrades and lost them all with the update. Hard to navigate and figure out. In the top family and everyone is unhappy with how the developers respond and run the game.
